What is Effective Learning?

The mission of Connect2education is quite simply to inspire learners of all ages.

Teacher disseminates knowledge.	Most importantly, the teacher provides guidance, support, inspiration as well as knowledge.
All learners are assumed to learn in the same way.	Each learner learns in his / her unique way, depending on their brain wiring.
The learner is TOLD	The learner is guided, motivated, lead, encouraged and inspired
Teacher is in possession of knowledge of the subject and the learner’s needs	Learner is empowered; he / she acquires self-knowledge and skills to learn, with or without teacher support
The learner is strongly dependent on teacher	The learner depends on self-knowledge and his/ her own ability to learn
